Phone
Book and Memory Buttons |
|

You can store and dial frequently used phone numbers or
IP addresses in Phone Book. You can also edit 3 of them
as the memory buttons on S200 for speed dialing.
1. On DSG SoftPhone, click Phone Book
icon.
2. Click New icon and you will see
the Add New window.
3. Input the frequently used name and
its related country code, area code, phone number, IP
address if applicable, and e-mail address.
4. If you want to save this entry to
USB Phone S200 Memory Button, click on the check box
‘Save to USB Phone Button’ and select one
button from M1 to M3. Click Ok to save.
To place a call from Phone Book, on your DSG SoftPhone,
click Phone Book icon and select the specific entry
and press Dial icon. You can choose to dial the phone
number or the IP address of this entry.
To place calls using Memory Buttons of M1, M2 or M3,
on USB Phone S200, press the Memory Button and then
press Talk button to call. Or on DSG SoftPhone’s
Phone Book, click Memory icon and select one memory
button to call.

Calling
Rates |

DSG provides ITSP services offering telephony services
over the Internet. DSG ITSP services allow you to place
calls to worldwide regular telephone users with low-priced
rates. To know the latest calling rates, on DSG SoftPhone
click Rates icon.
To enjoy the ITSP services, you need to obtain valid
ITSP accounts. Please contact our distributors or contact
us for purchasing information and our ITSP policy.

Call
Detail Records |

DSG allows you to check your recent call detail records
(CDR) from the Internet.
To check your call history, on DSG SoftPhone, click Call
Log icon and you will be connected to DSG Account Center
to retrieve your call detail records.
On DSG’s View Your Calls page, input the duration
of the records you want to check and click Submit button.
The online CDR allows you to check your records within
previous 30 days.

Account
Profile |

When you register with DSG, you will enroll your user
name, password, ITSP account and other personal information.
On DSG SoftPhone, click Account icon and log in using
your username and password.
Account Balance After you login, on
My Information page, you can view your currently registered
user name, ITSP account and account balance.
Modify ITSP Account When you purchase
a new ITSP Account, reset your new account number from
Add More Points page.
Change Password To change your password,
click Change Password. Please change your password from
time to time for safety reason.
Modify Profile To edit your personal
information, click Edit Profile.

Voice
Volume |

To adjust your voice volume input or output, drag the
level of microphone or speaker on DSG SoftPhone. You can
also press the up and down VOL button on USB Phone S200
to adjust the volume.
On USB Phone S200, when you press Mute button during
a call, the remote party will not hear your voice.
If you encounter poor voice quality, reset your sound
quality by clicking Options and select Audio Set Wizard.
Follow the on-screen instructions to optimize your sound
performance.
